    Sr Software Engineer

    Hybrid 3x/week onsite (Austin, TX or Memphis TN)

    As the Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing software solutions for enterprise-level integration projects. You will work to produce scalable, reusable, and reliable code in an Agile environment. You will join a team of passionate developers to explore cutting-edge technologies and push automation initiatives. The team utilizes a range of technologies including Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript and ReactJS


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or relevant field
    • 6-8+ years Core Java-8 and above, J2EE, Tomcat, Spring Boot, REST microservices, Web services
    • Working knowledge of Openshift/AWS and Kubernetes
    • Good expertise in using Eclipse, Intellij, GIT, Spring-JPA, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, Spring Boot
    • Experience in using Maven, CI/CD – Jenkins, Newrelic, Splunk, Postman
    • Understanding of Agile methodologies
    • Nice to have: ReactJS

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problem areas; following an agile software development lifecycle process.
    • Ability to work in a large, collaborative team to achieve team and organizational goals.
    • Should have a can-do attitude, strong analytical skills, be a problem solver and self-starter.
    • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable applications.
    • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
    • Research new technologies and maintain active knowledge of current industry application development trends, with a view to how these can be utilized in the environment
    • Document technical solutions and designs at a level of detail suitable for enterprise architectural review, user training, and ongoing system maintenance.
    • Prior experience in a large scale healthcare initiative is preferred but not mandatory
