    Job Description:
    The purpose of the Microsoft Dynamics Consultant position is to deliver services and solutions for Neudesics customers.

    The objective of this role is to take a consultative approach to implement and deliver Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 products and services.

    The role will perform in a variety of areas to include presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, business analysis, project delivery, implementation, integration and training in Dynamics 365 and/or earlier Dynamics versions.


    Basic Functions:
    Provides subject matter expertise to clients and team members on best practices for Microsoft Dynamics including architecture, infrastructure, customizations, data migration and integrationExperience working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics 365 modulesExperience with Microsoft Azure integrations with Dynamics 365Ability to lead and manage enterprise level projectsWorks with clients and team members in planning and design sessions along with gathering and documenting business needs and processesDevelops and manages project plans that encompass the complete project life cycle (i.e.

    project requirements, development, quality assurance, deployment etc.)Creates the functional and technical specifications documentation for the projectConfigures and customizes CRM systems based on design specificationsConducts system and end-to-end testing of the application including test plans and scriptsDetermines detailed approach and timeline of projectsMeasures and monitors progress to ensure that a project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets or exceeds expectationsResolves issues affecting project scope, quality, effort, risk, and timelineGuides the project along through continual communications with the customerParticipates in weekly status meetings (may be more) and sends status updates to business stakeholders, other project team members and leadership teamsAssists in conducting design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and gather adjustments and changesUtilizes problem-solving skills to understand client pain points & troubleshoot as challenges arise.


    Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required:
    Bachelors Degree or equivalent experienceExtensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as previous versionsStrong experience with a variety of Dynamics 365 modules(Business Central, Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, HR)

    Previous work experience with enterprise companies and comfortable talking with clients at all levels of an organizationManagement of enterprise projects with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and resource management skills(a plus)Experience with Agile development and understanding of project management methodologiesStrong business-to-technology translation skills are essential for identifying ways to apply solutions to help clients increase business value and performanceTechnologies:
    Dynamics 365, Common Data Model, Microsoft 365, Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Azure, PowerBI, Azure IoT Suite, Azure Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence

    Preferred Certifications:
