Direct hire opportunity for a Software Engineer. Onsite in Pittsburgh, PA. Paid relocation available.US Citizenship Required. TS/SCI clearance required.
In this role you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, under the supervision of a principal software developer.
Responsibilities
Develop applications using HTML5 and various JavaScript APIs/frameworks including but not limited to jQuery, , , React, and AngularJS.
Support existing applications and prototypes in production and staging environments, troubleshooting and extending functionality as required.
Conduct rapid prototyping of key technology risk areas early in project lifecycle.
Conduct iterative evaluations of system prototypes and operational evaluations of fielded decision support systems.
Assist in System Administration duties (user accounts, inventory management, etc.) as required
Requirements
BS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience coding in a general-purpose programming language, including but not limited to: JavaScript, Python, Java, C, C++.
Knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Active TS/SCI clearance
