The Crew member is responsible for performing various tasks, as assigned by management, to provide exceptional guest service and maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Maintain high standards of sanitation, health, and safety in all work areas.
2. Clean food preparation surfaces, cooking equipment, and utensils to prevent contamination.
3. Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles according to established procedures.
4. Verify the quality and quantity of prepared food to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Take customer orders accurately at the counter or Drive Thru window.
6. Process payments, handle cash, and provide change to customers efficiently.
7. Pack food items, make coffee, and fill beverage cups promptly.
8. Provide excellent customer service, even during rush hours or when dealing with difficult customers.
9. Manage the register, including credit card and cash operations, to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
10. Ensure the register balance is accurate at the end of each shift or working period.
