    Are you a seasoned Superintendent with a passion for delivering excellence in courthouse construction projects? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our clients team General Contractors in North Carolina.

    Role Overview: As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the construction of courthouse projects throughout North Carolina. You'll be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety standards. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating subcontractors, supervising construction teams, and maintaining high-quality workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day on-site operations for courthouse construction projects.
    • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
    • Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.
    • Supervise and mentor construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.

    Requirements:

    • Thorough understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
