    Position Summary:
    Primary Duties

    Create & adjust production schedules according to code date requirements
    45%
    Customer & Operations ad hoc requests including detailed reporting and root cause analysis
    15%
    Analyze and make recommendations on inventory levels and exposure risks
    15%
    Define Operations plan with production site
    15%
    Change implementation (including equipment installation and MPS adjustments, etc)
    10%


    What you will Do:
    Planning and scheduling the use of machines, and Labor
    Coordinating with production managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that production needs are met
    Monitoring production progress and making adjustments as needed
    Identifying and resolving production issues and bottlenecks
    Maintaining accurate records and documentation of production schedules
    Communicating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
    Collaborating with other departments to improve overall production efficiency
    Analyze current FG inventory on hand and make recommendations to reduce obsolescence
    Able to oversee multiple sites and product types

    Minimum Qualifications:
    3+ Years of Experience in a given area

    Desired Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in related field
    Other skills, systems experience, competencies (results oriented...), computer abilities
    Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate up and down the organization
    A proven track record of results with a bias for action
    A passion for learning and a craving to work in a fun culture
