Escort patients to exam rooms, obtain vital signs, and update medical history.
Prepare examination rooms for patient visits

• Assist physicians with procedures and treatments.

Administer medications as directed by physicians.
Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures.
Schedule appointments and follow-up visits for patientsManage medical records and ensure their confidentiality.
Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipmentProvide administrative support to the healthcare team.


RequirementsMedical Assistant Job Requirements:

Completion of a medical assistant program or certificationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of medical terminology and procedureProficient in basic computer skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
