    As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will ...
    Guide the product roadmap by living in the product - we're a hands on keyboard PM team
    Work closely with our platform and engineering services teams to grow our scale, accelerate our expansion into new markets and environments, and increase the velocity and quality of our overall product portfolio
    Work with the volumes of data we have about our products and users to build plans based on hard data with an eye on how to improve over time
    Collaborate with design and guidance teams to always be improving the customer experience and driving more value faster through a unified approach to product (product is more than just code)
    Align with our internal architecture teams on key long-term initiatives for elevating the core of our products to meet our next horizon of growth as we look beyond the petabyte to the exabyte and zetabyte scale
    Always be working with customers, we are nothing without our customers and even platform Product Management must be in constant communication with customers of all sizes
    Help guide and learn from our team of experts in engineering and our sales teams. We have one of (if not THE) best field teams in the business
    If You Got It - We Want It
    5 or more years in a Technical Product Manager role
    Experience working in the Enterprise Software Space

    Must be a strong communicator:
    writer and reader. As a remote first company this is our primary way of collaborating.
    Background working with engineering and architecture teams to build roadmaps for developing high scale and high performance applications
    You love being a technical Product Manager - you spend time building labs, learning new technologies and are never satisfied with what you know today
    Able to demo product at a high level as well as go into the details - not just why but how it was done
    Experience working with Cloud operations and SRE teams
    Preferred Skills
    Experience working in remote first companies and know how to navigate a large distributed team
    Background working with Enterprise data products
    Experience with Streaming data products
    Experience working with products that are deployed across multiple types of environments and infrastructure (Cloud, on-prem, hybrid)
    Good jokes, or maybe better, bad jokes
    A Love for goats
    Salary Range ($180,000 - $220,000)
    The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
