    Description

    **Warehouse AM Lead**

    Hours: 4:30am to 2:30pm

    Monday-Friday

    $1,200 Bi-Weekly

    **Job Description:** This position is accountable for supervising warehouse activities; and providing for the safe and secure operation of all warehouse activities, equipment, employees and inventory.

    **Job Duties:**

    Responsible for the direction of all PM employees; including scheduling breaks, ensuring that product is pulled and loaded correctly, and that all employees are working in the most safe and efficient manner

    Train team members how to correctly pull orders

    Train new hires on warehouse procedures

    Inventory Counts

    Ability to give positive reinforcement to employees as needed

    Ability to discipline employees

    Performs and assigned duties from Warehouse Manager (building racks, breaker room needs, reports)

    Assists with loading On-Premise trucks

    Must be a self starter and motivated

    Must have a complete knowledge of all product

    Have people/communication skills in a one-on-one situation as well as in front of a group

    Have a good attendance record and have demonstrated a positive attitude toward the company and its way of doing business

    Load long hauls and assist in putting these loads away

    Prepare for stacking bulk orders: cut plastic off of all pallets in use, gather empty pallets and take out of warehouse, make sure some empty pallets are left in the warehouse for use in stacking

    Utilize companys WMS to effectively pull and load orders, and to adequately monitor production rates and associates efficiency

    3-5 years of warehouse management or warehouse supervisory experience

    Constant lifting 20-75lbs, frequently up to 160lbs

    Must pass all pre-employment screenings including a physical, drug test and background screening

    Initial compensation package includes the following with insurance coverage beginning the first of the month following 60 days full time employment:
