- Oversees and responsible for financial policies, procedures and operations.
- Interacts with funding sources around financial reporting/budget performance issues.
- Assists in preparing program proposals for new or expanded programs/ventures.
- Responsible for General Ledger functions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll). Ensures accuracy
- Responsible for business operations and staff, including claims processing and related support or technical staff.
- Oversees facility operations, assists with equipment service contracts, vendor contracts, leases, and so forth.
- Manages employee benefit processing upon hire, at termination, and during open enrollment periods.
- Collaborates with President/CEO in reports for the Board of Directors.
- Actively contributes to Corporate Compliance Team.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
- Major responsibilities include but are not limited to: those identified in Section I.

Sr. Accountant (Finance and Operations Management)Location:
Westlake
4X1 (in office/remote) Hybrid
I. PRODUCTIVITY/PERFORMANCE
a.)regular and specialized financial reports, forecasts and trends.
b.)annual budget applications for local funding sources (i.e., County Mental Health Boards).
c.)foundation grant proposals and applications.
d.) annual fiscal audit planning and preparation
Collaborates with Leadership Team to:
a.)maximize revenue from clinical and non-clinical activities.
b.)improve cost controls.
c.)identify reimbursement trends that affect service delivery/productivity, and implement needed changes
to operations or procedures.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required, Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
preferred. Three to five years of related accounting experience preferably in a healthcare
or human service setting. 2 years supervisory/management experience preferred. Familiarity with health
insurance reimbursement, managed care, and contract management desirable.
