    We have an immediate need for a US based (remote) Oracle EBS, HCM resource.

    Responsibilities:


    Gather the requirements to configure CWB module for the merit-based bonus, Stock Options, Incentive Pay and compensation review for over 4000 employees across North America and European localizations.

    Implement the Grade Step Progression Compensation Review plan. It has multiple grade ladders for different group of employees.
    In the compensation cycle, the Managers are assigned the budgets that is to be distributed to its employees.
    Designed the complex approval process involved where the compensation allocated is approved by multiple key members using Approval Management
    Build the Approval Rules using Approval Management for approving the Budgets published in Compensation Workbench.
    Automated the integration of salary update from Compensation Workbench
    Configured the layout of the CWB screens using Self Service Personalization
    Configured the hierarchy for budget approval process.
    Configured the setups for compensation allocation process.
    Trained the users on the CWB processes.
    Developed the interface from CWB to the Cost management system.
    Redesigned the Position hierarchy to be used in the CWB.
    Implemented the concepts of FTE and Headcount to facilitate the CWB cycle.
    Analyzed the requirements to integrate the Performance Review process with the Compensation Workbench
    Designed and prepared documents MD050 and BR100
    Created Test scripts and conducted CRP1, CRP2, UAT1 and UAT2.
    Compensation Review plan that includes Merit Increases, COLA Increases, Stock Options, Incentive Pay.
    Designed the complex approval process involved where the compensation allocated is approved by multiple key members using Approval Management
    Implemented the Grade Step Progression Compensation Review plan. It has multiple grade ladders for different group of employees.
    Analyzed legacy business process and mapped to Oracle Applications HRMS) functionally.
    Conducted and participated in all requirements gathering for Oracle HR and Self-Service HR

    Created Test scripts and conducted CRP1, CRP2, UAT1 and UAT2.
