    Food Service Associate- Aroma Joe's

    Aroma Joe's Baristas are in the business of fueling the modem world. Our Baristas provide a personal customer experience that is always upbeat, lively, fun, and energetic. This is a place that energizes your day, feeds your passions, and brings people together. Your goal every day is to make sure everyone you greet leaves a little happier.

    YOU'RE KNOWN FOR:

    • Your ability to master recipes and individually tailor products to customer needs.
    • Providing an animated and personalized experience to every customer.
    • Emitting a contagious, positive energy and attitude.
    • Your fun, outgoing personality and great smile.

    YOU'RE GOOD AT:

    • Remembering recipes, procedures, names, and faces.
    • Providing above and beyond customer service.

    A DAY IN THE LIFE:

    • Finding ways to help your team and customers that exceed expectations.
    • Cleaning and stocking as you go to maintain an orderly work zone.
    • Time spent engaging with customers in the window or cafe.
    • Preparing quality and accurate product in an efficient manner.
    • Accepting deliveries and organizing inventory.
    • Completing operational aids and checklists.
