- Check dealer-submitted vehicle pricing for compliance with CAP pricing guidelines and local Market standards
- Articulate pricing guidelines effectively
- Grasp dealership and market-specific factors influencing pricing
- Communicate with dealership Authorized Pricing Contacts to validate provided pricing
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with dealers to promote Program appreciation
- Analyze and propose solutions for pricing inconsistencies
- Support Field Team in assigned territories
- Record all dealer conversations in the database
- Stay in touch with Supervisors and Field Executives
- Review Pricing Proposals and price exception requests
- Offer suggestions for enhancing data collection and implementation processes
- Perform other assigned duties
- Two-year College or university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience in Franchise Dealership or Vendor with exposure to new car sales departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and organize efficiently
- Excellent follow-up, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Always seeking to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adaptable and flexible to changes
- Deadline-oriented with a collaborative approach
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Intermediate PC user with proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation
