Job Title: Workday Finance Technical, Integrations and Reporting Lead

Location: United States

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary authority on Workday Finance reporting, providing guidance and best practices.
• Develop and maintain a variety of Workday reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and deliver customized reporting solutions.
• Lead the strategy for data delivery, ensuring actionable insights drive organizational performance.
• Architect, design, and implement integrations between Workday and other systems.
• Translate functional needs into technical solutions, balancing business requirements with scalability.
• Provide advanced security administration for Workday, ensuring data integrity and access control.
• Support system administration tasks, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.
• Facilitate training sessions to promote self-service reporting and data literacy among users.
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Workday.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Workday applications, including advanced reporting proficiency.
• Extensive experience with Workday integrations and related technologies (e.g., Workday Studio, EIBs).
• Deep understanding of Workday Finance modules and data structures.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on customer support.
• Prior experience with Agile Scrum methodology preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and Workday certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday Orchestration and Extend skills strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Workday Finance processes and associated business functions.
• Experience with data governance and security best practices in Workday.
