Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Litigation Counsel, you will:

• Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions

• Engage in significant courtroom activities, including hearings and trials

• Supervise and coordinate case strategy with associates and support staff

Future pacing: By year-end, you could be leading major motion practice efforts and serving as primary deposition counsel in high-stakes commercial matters.

• 5+ years of experience as a practicing litigator
