- Option 1) 3 AM-1 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays
- Option 2) Saturdays & Sundays 8 AM-6 PM, Fridays 3 AM-1 PM, and either Wednesdays or Thursdays 3 AM-1 PM
- Handle all calls promptly and professionally, meeting agency efficiency and customer satisfaction goals.
- Assess the clinical needs of callers effectively.
- Deliver safe and efficient clinical interventions.
- Thoroughly document clinical information for data collection and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor clients under Suicide Watch.
- Attend all necessary meetings and training sessions.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in behavioral health.
- Prior Crisis and Call Center Crisis Experience preferred.
- Work typically based in an EMPACT office environment.
- Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Possible travel to training and other locations.

What the job entails:
In this remote role as a Spanish Bilingual Hotline Therapist, you'll be providing crisis phone interventions to callers of our suicide hotline. Your expertise will also be crucial in recommending appropriate referrals for available services. Please note that residency in Arizona is a prerequisite for this position.
Requirements:
*Candidates must successfully pass both a written and verbal Spanish Language Proficiency Test.*
