    POSITION OVERVIEW

    As the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our influencer marketing strategies to harmonize with our brand's core values and overarching objectives.

    Your mission will encompass the discovery, engagement, and proficient management of partnerships with eminent influencers and creative content visionaries within the realm of luxury travel and lifestyle.

    Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, you will orchestrate influencer campaigns that serve as catalysts for elevating brand awareness, enhancing engagement, and fostering unwavering loyalty among our audience.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with the resort's marketing objectives, target audience, and brand identity.
    Execute full-scale influencer campaigns that support brand initiatives with defined objectives and KPIs with measurable business impact.
    Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with influencers, overseeing partnerships, negotiations, and contractual agreements.

    Establish goals and objectives, along with key success metrics for each influencer partnership, and be able to compile comprehensive reporting outlining objectives, goals, KPIs, and insights.

    Identify authentic target influencer profiles in key categories & deliverables to drive brand awareness.
    Develop influencer campaign briefs that include well-defined deliverables, KPIs, and posting requirements for local and global influencer collaborations.
    Effectively evaluate and communicate an influencer's potential fit with a brand.
    Oversee outreach, thoughtful negotiation, and procurement of influencers.
    Track and measure the performance of influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

    Work alongside the social media team on content strategy to incorporate influencer-generated content and determine collaborations, giveaways, and other promotional events.

    Manage the influencer marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI.
    Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging social media advancements, applying relevant insights to our strategies.

    Be an ambassador expert and possess overarching knowledge of the Fontainebleau Las Vegas brand, history, resort offerings, and services to successfully communicate to the audience.

    Be the online voice for the brand and showcase our company's dedication and commitment to quality customer service.
    Contributing to the growth of our online community by fostering engagement, encouraging discussions, and sharing valuable insights.
    Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
    5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the luxury hospitality or lifestyle industry.
    Proven track record of successful influencer partnerships and campaign execution.
    Profound knowledge of social media platforms and a keen awareness of emerging trends and industry developments.
    Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
    The ability to think both creatively and strategically, driving innovative influencer marketing initiatives.
    Strong project management skills, including the ability to align and collaborate cross-functionally.
    Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, while maintaining the quality of work.
    Proficient in utilizing influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms to optimize campaign performance.
    Ability to connect to people in a firm but empathetic way always adhering to brand standards.
    Strong project management skills, including the ability to align and collaborate cross-functionally.
    Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
    Demonstrates strong organizational skills and follow through.
    Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
    Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS
    Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

    REASONING ABILITY
    Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
