    What is Carolina SeniorCare? Carolina SeniorCare is a P.A.C.E. (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly). We are the best kept secret in Davidson, Davie, Rowan and Iredell which are the counties we serve.

    A career at Carolina SeniorCare is a calling to help others in their community and help elderly participants (55 or older) stay and live in their respective communities.

    P.A.C.E. offers a wide variety of services to fulfill this mission such as medical services to medications, from nutritious meals to transportation – all personalized to meet the participant's specific needs


    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation. Must be able to meet Carolina SeniorCare's auto insurance carrier's standards for coverage.
    • Previous supervisory experience preferred.

    Education:
    High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred. Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.

    Experience:
    Successful, sustaining experience in a related field that involves marketing and sales may be considered.

    Two to three years experience in Health and Human Services in case management, benefits, administration, or social work in a health care environment.

    Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications. Bi-lingual preferred. Minimum of one year working with the frail or elderly.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Develops and implements the approved version of the Marketing Plan.
    • Develops and implements the advertising and communications program through direct mail, publicity, newsletters, print media, and other approved mediums.
    • Responsible for preparation of the proposed budget for the operation of the areas of responsibility. Assists Executive Director with marketing objectives, programs, and policies.
    • Develops a strong familiarity and knowledge of comparable programs in the primary and secondary market areas. Will visit PACE programs to become familiar with their operations.
    • Performs marketing functions of prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing, and follow-up with prospective participants through on-site and in-home presentations.
    • Responsible for development and coordination of public relations for Carolina SeniorCare to ensure compatibility with our mission, services, and public image.
    • Coordinates the enrollment process with prospective participant, family, staff, Enrollment Committee, and Interdisciplinary Team.
    • Implements public relations and marketing activities for available and future enrollments. Keeps administration informed of all aspects of market demands or unmet need.
    • Maintains master enrollment log and appropriate waiting lists for enrollment.
    • Arranges tours, open houses, activity events, health fairs, etc. of Carolina SeniorCare.
    • Receives and provides information to referrals to the PACE Program; refers individuals to other appropriate resources as indicated. Assesses potential PACE participants in homes, nursing homes, hospitals or other settings as part of the intake process.
    • Provides alternative community resources to applicants who are not accepted into the PACE program. Maintains ongoing relationship with identified individuals and agencies to ensure a clear understanding of PACE as a vital community resource.
