Job Title: Medical Social Worker (MSW) – Part-Time
Location: St. Louis, MO (Field-based) Pay: $70.00 per visit Schedule: Part-time (Approximately 6 visits per week)

Key Responsibilities
Initial Assessments: Lead the evaluation of clients' social and emotional needs and develop comprehensive Plans of Care (POC).
Advocacy & Counseling: Counsel clients and families on coping with the social and emotional impacts of illness.
Supervision: Provide clinical oversight and co-signing for Bachelor's level social workers (LSWs/BSWs).
Community Connection: Identify and link clients with appropriate community resources to ensure their safety and well-being.
Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians and the clinical manager to report changes in condition and ensure seamless care.
Qualifications
Education: Master's Degree from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
Licensure: Current state licensure in Missouri (and/or Illinois, as we expand).
Experience: Minimum of one year of social work experience in a healthcare setting (home health experience preferred).
Skills: Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
