We are actively searching for qualified candidates for this potential opening; however, we do not have assurance at this time when the position will be finalized and opened. Because we have strong reason to believe the position will be approved soon, we are proceeding with identifying qualified candidates and conducting interviews.
The System Verification and Validation Engineer will:
Experienced developing test cases and test scripts for software verification efforts
Experienced integrating software from various vendors
Experienced with developing tests for dynamic physical systems
Experienced with data analysis and simulation techniques
Perform other duties as required

Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in the field or in a related areaExperienceworkingaspartofanIntegratedProduct Team todevelopandtesthighcriticalitysoftware Experience with highly autonomoussystems
Experience with web-based collaboration tools Proficiency with C/C
coding in a Linux
environment
Experience with agile softwaredevelopment

Requisition Preferences:
Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python

Essential Functions
Work Environment
Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of time).

Attendance
