- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages.
- Participate in presenting financial statements to board members and leadership.
- Support audit requests and assist with financial statement preparation.
- Prepare general ledger journal entries.
- Monthly account reconciliations for complex accounts.
- Review and analyze data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Perform trend and data analysis.
- Support AP and cash activities, including reviewing and coding invoices.
- 3+ years GAAP accounting experience in healthcare industry is required; public accounting or non-profit experience is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, similar field, or equivalent combination of education and experience; CPA is a plus.
- Experience with regulatory reporting and analysis is highly preferred.
- Ability to interpret complex data with strong research and analytical skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
