K TRANS LOGISTICS is a leading international logistics provider with nearly 20 years of experience in North America. We specialize in ocean/air freight, FBA solutions, and global relocation services. We are seeking a full-time, bilingual (English/Mandarin) Accounting Specialist to join our Los Angeles team to ensure financial compliance and precise cost management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage daily Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring accurate invoicing and timely vendor payments.
- Logistics Cost Reconciliation: Reconcile and audit invoices from steamship lines, airlines, and trucking companies; manage complex logistics surcharges (e.g., D&D, Storage, Chassis fees).
- Inter-company Settlements: Handle monthly reconciliations and fund transfers between US and Canadian entities, including multi-currency exchange management.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports; assist with quarterly Sales Tax filings.
- Payroll & Compliance: Assist in processing local payroll, maintaining tax records, and managing Workers' Compensation documentation.
- Audit Support: Maintain organized financial archives and support internal audits and regulatory compliance checks.
Qualifications:
- Language: Must be fluent in English and Mandarin (Verbal and Written) to communicate effectively with global teams and local vendors.
- Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in the United States.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite (Expert level in Excel: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle high-volume transaction reconciliation.
