    Location:Remote

    Pay:$72-$75K/year

    Shift:Monday-Friday 12:00pm-10:00pm PST

    Employment Logistics:

    As a Line Haul Manager, you will work with Industrial Engineering, First Mile Dispatch, HUB Operations, and contracted carriers on the engineered pickup times and arrival times related to customer expectations. The purpose of this role is to ensure proper timing and weekly scheduling of customer pickupsand often involves strategic planning to improve processes and minimize delays, as well as fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

  • 2-5 years of experience in related field
  • Occasional Travel as needed <10%

    • Your Mission in Motion:

  • Maintainand contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the company safety program.
  • Communicate First Mile Pickup plans to sort ops and contracted carriers to minimize lines and ensure timelyarrival for processing
  • Collaborate with First Mile Line Dispatch monitoringany late lines into the HUB and working with HUB Operations implementing any recovery contingencies.
  • Monitors capacityutilization, develops and implements improvement plans, and ensures proper resolution to settlement with contracted carriers.
  • Manage linehaul admin staff to ensure timelydate entry into OTM linehaul module.
  • Work with Hub Ops to understand facility challenges and obstacles to ensure a collaborative solution is implemented.
  • Work collaboratively with Fleet Maintenance, Linehaul Planning and Vendor Relations to address vendor service issues.
