    PRIMARY DUTIES: As a Case Manager/QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional), your main responsibility is to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals. This entails assessing, monitoring, and ensuring quality care while promoting independence through a person-centered approach. Staying updated on new developments in programming for individuals with developmental disabilities is essential. Collaborating with medical staff for healthcare needs is also crucial.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology. Registered nurses and physicians are also eligible.
    • Minimum of one-year experience working directly with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
    • Proficiency in technology and computer literacy.
    • Strong communication, writing, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with various personnel.


    Compensation details: $24-$24 Hourly Wage
