    Description

    Soreo, a service of Mosaic, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Independent Contracted Direct Care Workers to support older adults and people of all ages with a physical and/or intellectual disability.

    This 1099 contract opportunity is designed for mission-driven people who value autonomy and professional flexibility.

    As a contractor, you have the freedom to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle, coordinating visits based on your availability and the specific needs of the people you serve.

    Compensation is based on location.

    Key Responsibilities

    Goal Achievement:

    Support people in defining their own goals and provide the guidance necessary to reach milestones that improve their daily quality of life.


    Daily Living Support:
    Provide emotional companionship and assist with essential household tasks, including meal preparation, grooming, laundry, and light housekeeping.

    Safety & Wellness:

    Monitor the medical, nutritional, and personal care needs of those you serve to ensure their well-being is being met.

    Age:
    Must be at least 18 years of age.

    Compliance:
    Must meet all Arizona state provider requirements, including a comprehensive background check and Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance.

    Training:
    Ability to complete all state-mandated training courses.
