Prior administrative experience preferred but not required 9-10 hr shifts (flexible scheduling) 23-bed emergency department 37,000 patients annually with opportunity for individualized patient care 37 hours physician and 20 hours of advanced practice clinician coverage Strong Nursing staff Cerner EMR OverviewCareer advancement Support of regional medical director Administration time Attend departmental meetings New clinician orientation guidelines Quarterly goal progress meetings Compensation & Benefits
