- Supports customer expectations and project deadlines by performing general parts detailing
- Constructs complete detail prints from assembly drawings
- Details parts to make fabrication as efficient as possible
- Designs simple mechanisms/parts.
- Completes mechanical purchase parts lists.
- Communicates with peers, team leader, supervisors, project leads, management and customers to provide upgrade/update information, project status, technical support and product/process improvements.
- Assists in other areas and performs additional tasks as needed.
- Proficiency with CAD Design
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Organizational skills
- General understanding of mechanical linkages and components (i.e.,
- Knowledge of the metric system, fabrication process, raw materials,
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continued improvement processes

- BSME or Associates in Engineering Field
