Banner Ocotillo Medical Center Main Surgery Department has 4 Operating rooms and 1 Endo room. We will offer a full range of surgical procedures including orthopedics, Urology, General, Gynecology, Robotics and Endocrine. As a Surgical Technologist, you will bring your experience and passion for health care to our Surgery departmentSHIFT DETAILS

The new state of the art Banner Ocotillo Medical Center is located on the southeast corner of Alma School Road and Loop 202 Santan Freeway.
It is a four story, 245,000 square foot comprehensive medical care center situated on an 18-acre campus.We are a 96 bed facility with room for expansion utilizing innovative technology to provide excellent inpatient and outpatient care, services include imaging, surgery, labor and delivery, intensive care and emergency room services.
This position selects and places surgical instruments, supplies and equipment during surgery. Participates in stocking, replenishing supplies and cleaning operating rooms.May provide business support to the department including assigned administrative tasks.
Participates in or leads the training and orientation of surgical technology staff and students, as assigned.
High school diploma/GED and current basic life support certification.
Where applicable must be registered with State Regulatory Agency
Must stay abreast of new developments in the field.
Graduation from a certified school of surgical technology or two years of operating room experience.
