- Liaison with PEO IWS Front Office to facilitate IWS Digital Strategy
- Participate in PEO IWS digital strategy working groups, brown bags, MS Teams (USN Teams champions, Digital super-users, KM, etc).
- Maintain currency and compliance with IWS digital strategy initiatives (including PEO IWS Stem to Stern Metrics).
- Monitor PEO IWS reporting requirements and work with IWS 11 to pursue initiatives for compliance.
- Focal point for CVR, NEO365 and flank speed implementation.
- Coordinate IWS 11 Digital transformation efforts.
- Oversee IWS 11 SharePoint build out and compliance.
- Develop and execute Knowledge Management (KM) plan (move/organize legacy data to O365 platform).
- Facilitate IWS 11 digital initiatives (correspondence routing, weekly reporting).
- Facilitate compliance with PEO IWS stem to stern metrics
- Entry to 5 years of experience in related field
- Intensive knowledge of IT/Applications.
- SharePoint knowledge a must
