    Position Overview:

    Join our distinguished legal team as a Litigation Paralegal, where you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic legal proceedings, especially focusing on personal injury litigation. As the ideal candidate, you should be a proactive individual possessing exemplary research capabilities, organizational acumen, legal drafting proficiency, and exceptional communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage in thorough pre-claim investigations, conduct comprehensive legal research, and perform initial assessments of cases
    • Draft pleadings meticulously and ensure their accurate filing with the court
    • Execute administrative tasks with precision, including scheduling hearings and deadlines, organizing case files, and managing logistical aspects
    • Gather relevant information from a variety of sources
    • Respond to and propound written discovery
    • Draft meet and confer letters
    • Systematically organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
    • Support attorneys in managing interrogatories and other discovery-related tasks
    • Coordinate the scheduling of depositions, hearings, and defense medical examinations, among other responsibilities
    • Other duties as assigned

    *This role is located at our Beverly Hills office and requires physical presence on-site.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of one year of experience in a paralegal role or performing related duties
    • Knowledge of personal injury law is preferred but not required
    • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
    • Proficient in utilizing legal research tools and case management software
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities
    • Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills
    • Competent in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and thriving under pressure
    • Well-versed in state and federal court rules and procedures
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality

    Compensation starts at $30 per hour, varying depending on experience.
