POSITION SUMMARY In partnership with AmeriCorps VISTA,CHRISTUS Health seeks to support the growth/capacity of theCommunity Health department infrastructure to result in greateralignment to community needs, improvement of community healthoutcomes, and increased health equity.
TheRegional Community Health VISTA Coordinator will mobilize keyindividuals and organizations to create coalitions committed toimproving community health; develop interventions that addresscommunity needs among under-resourced communities; andmonitor/evaluate community programs.
