    We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Sales FP&A team, reporting to the director of Americas Sales Finance.

    In this hybrid or remote work role, you will partner with the Americas Sales team to achieve the company's goals of growth and transformation.

    You will provide detailed financial analysis and insights to drive strategic decisions in our networking and security business, and your expertise will directly contribute to optimizing sales performance, profitability, and financial planning.

    This role has a flexible hybrid work schedule. One to two days in the Tacoma office is preferred but negotiable. You are the ideal candidate if you have experience partnering with a sales organization.

    You have a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, ad hoc analysis, and interpreting results to recommend financially sound business actions.

    You are a highly analytical, strategic problem solver, demonstrate excellent business partnership skills, and have a proven track record of accomplishing complex goals and managing multiple initiatives within strict deadlines.


    What youll do:

    Conduct detailed financial analysis to support Sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planningCollaborate with Sales and Finance teams to develop financial models for bookings forecasting and analysisProvide analytical support for pricing strategies and Sales incentive plansMonitor Sales performance metrics and analyze trends to identify risks and opportunitiesPrepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, highlighting key business drivers and variancesParticipate in cross-functional projects to optimize operational processes and systemsSupport the implementation of financial best practices across the Americas Sales organizationLiaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial objectives with broader business goalsWhat youll bring: Minimum 8 years of experience with 5 years in FP&A, preferably in the technology sector, ideally networking, security, or SaaS idealMinimum 1 year of experience partnering with a sales organizationAdvanced proficiency in financial modeling and experience with financial systems and tools, such as Excel, Power Query, SAP, Oracle, Adaptive Insights, and SalesforceSolid analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of personal integrity and collaborationExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProven track record of driving results and improving financial performanceBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related fieldWhat success looks like: After six months, you will Develop a thorough understanding of our company's financial processes, sales operations, and key business driversEnhance and manage robust weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting that accurately captures Sales performance and variancesActively participate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in financial processes or systemsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Sales and Finance teams, demonstrating an ability to understand and support their financial needsAfter about a year, you will Play a key role in the annual financial planning process, aligning Sales strategies with financial goals and forecastsProvide actionable insights that have directly contributed to optimizing Sales performance and profitabilityImplement at least one major improvement in financial processes or systems, demonstrating innovation and efficiencyBegin to take on a leadership role within the team, mentoring junior analysts and contributing to their professional developmentWeve got you covered: In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our compensation philosophy.

    Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position in Washington is $97,700 - $130,400, plus corporate bonus potential.
