Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for supporting executive-level professionals? We are seeking a dynamic Executive Administrative Assistant to join our client's team and provide exceptional administrative.
Overview of the Executive Administrative Assistant:
· Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
· Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
· Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties.
· Assist with event planning and coordination for executive meetings and conferences.
· Maintain confidential files and records for executives, ensuring sensitive information is handled securely.
· Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
Preferred qualifications for the Executive Administrative Assistant:
· Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant supporting C-level executives.
· Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
