As a Cybersecurity Advisor I you will work hand-in-hand with the Cybersecurity Advisor team to deliver service to our customers while gaining valuable experience in the field of Information Security and Managed Detection and Response MDR You will have a front-row seat to observe and learn about the ever-evolving Cyber Threat Landscape and gain experience helping Managed Services customers remediate mitigate prevalent threats
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Cybersecurity Advisors and operations teams to convey recommendations to Rapid7 customers to improve their overall security posture
- Assist in Incident Response handling customer communication
- Review generate high-quality accurate contextual customer deliverables
- Demonstrate deep understanding of value drivers products ability help navigate optimize usage
- Gather client input identify potential risks challenges proactive address escalate
