    The Multi-Unit Leader will be responsible for every aspect of the business for their primary store and additionalstores within the assigned area.

    This includes P&L accountability; facility management; local marketing execution;inventory control; employee life cycle:
    hiring, training, developing, and retaining their teams. This person will ensure operational plans and deployments are executed within established guidelines. They will also ensure the regions corporate assets are properly maintained and safeguarded.

    This position is a brand ambassador spending 60% of their time in primary store and up to 40% of their time in the field at additional assigned stores.

    This individual will have a have a hands-on approach supporting, guiding, training, educating, motivating, and observing our team, our customer, and our facility.

    The Multi-Unit Leader is committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.


    Primary Store Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

    Hire, retain, develop, and mentor a high performing team of employees Create an inspiring team environment with open communication, high energy, andrespectful culture Lead by example and embody the company's core values Maintain high CNPS scores by creating an inspiring team environment with opencommunication, high energy, and respectful culture Provide training to improve the knowledge base and utilize cross-training to maintainproductivity when employees are absent Establish and achieve the highest standard of store execution Offer sufficient resources and autonomy to build trust and ownership Focus on delivering TOP of the line customer experience by sharing your passion forfood and becoming a product expert Maintain and replenish inventory, staying in communication with the distributioncenter and commercial team regarding store specific needs Develop a plan strategically designed to bring in more customers and increase theirbasket size Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is presentable and can function properly Make sure all employees adhere to companys policies and guidelines Provides leadership and guidance with Human Resources functions Maximize productivity through effective scheduling Manage controllable costs to keep the store profitable Meet or exceed sales plan by pursuing the necessary activities inside and outside ofstore to drive top-line.

    • Unit Essential Tasks and Responsibilities: Leads the area with integrity and facilitates a focus on the Companys mission andvalues Ensures operational programs and deployments are executed according toestablished guidelines Provides clear and consistent direction to Sr.
    Sales Leaders by conducting regularmeetings and/or conference calls Perform Weekly Visits to all assigned stores, following the assigned routines Develops and consistently delivers profitable P&Ls for every assigned store Improve sales and transactions by increasing average check, customer satisfactionand any other marketing activity that might generate incremental topline results Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximizethe achievement of business goals In partnership with Market Leader and HR Leader, conducts onboarding, and offboarding activities and identifies problems, concerns and opportunities forimprovement and suggests solutions Builds and maintains an effective team of Sr.

    Sales Leaders through training, anddevelopment; provides meaningful and timely performance and behavioral feedbackon an ongoing basis Creates a positive team environment by recognizing and reinforcing individual andstore accomplishments Addresses employee relations issues by consistently executing human resourcespractices and ensuring guidelines and processes are adhered to Reinforces the compliance of all company policies and procedures (people, safety,assets, cash, etc.) Effectively handles and manages confidential and sensitive information Challenge and inspire employees to achieve business results Proactively communicates with Market Leader with assigned store results andperformance Visit competition regularly to understand market trends, product offering and prices Performs other duties as required and assigned.


    Physical Demands and Work Environment:
    Physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures walk-in freezers Stand/walk for up to 8-10 hoursQualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 7+ years of retail experience, with at least five years in a management capacity Proven success in coaching and training employees Strong understanding of sales drivers and customer service Excellent communication skills Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes Ability to delegate tasks and decision making Be determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, timemanagement, and prioritization Systems capabilities preferred: SAP, Order Management Systems, Microsoft Office Treat it like you own it Take ownership and responsibility to be successful Acts with respect and values other opinions Strong cognitive skills, including problem analyzing Demonstrated ability to meet and work within a budget The availability to work a flex schedule, working various hours and shifts, includingearly mornings, evenings, and weekends/holidays EOE/Vets/Disability#J-18808-Ljbffr
