- A minimum of two years relevant experience in executive compensation and employee benefits law specifically related to deferred compensation and equity incentive programs;
- Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Nebraska;

- Experience advising clients on employee benefit issues in ERISA compliance and employee benefit programs more generally, including executive compensation, non-qualified deferred compensation (409A and 457), and equity plans (equity ownership plans, stock option plans, and alternative equity ownership plans).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and sophisticated group of clients and colleagues on executive compensation, tax and employee benefit matters for business clients and individuals located throughout the United States.
