Lead the digital defense frontier-shape secure, scalable DoD web applications as a Full Stack SME at Caribou Thunder. A Day in the Life Architect, design, and maintain full stack Java-based web applications supporting classified DoD environments Oversee backend and database development ensuring availability integrity and cybersecurity compliance Implement and enforce secure coding practices using Fortify SonarQube ,and DoD secure software development standards Conduct advanced debugging testing including Selenium performance tuning while mentoring junior developers Document software architecture workflows compliance checkpoints to support audit readiness Collaborate with cybersecurity systems engineering program management teams to deliver mission-critical software solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree years Computer Science Engineering related field Active Interim Top Secret clearance required Deep expertise in Full stack Java development secure architecture DevSecOps practices in defense or classified environments Leading Agile software teams through complex delivery cycles Proficient with Java JavaScript HTML CSS Selenium for automated testing CI CD tools GitLab CI CD GitLab Runners Nexus Repository Application deployment on WebLogic Security tools Fortify SonarQube Demonstrated ability to lead technical investigations troubleshoot at all levels of the stack drive architecture decisions Strong written documentation collaboration skills across secure multi-disciplinary teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with Kubernetes orchestration Helm Chart configuration Proven leadership in CI CD pipeline development DevSecOps best practices Mastery in secure code analysis remediation review processes Experience deploying maintaining Java apps in WebLogic environments Background working Agile Scrum environments mentorship responsibilities Familiarity AI ML-based architectures integration into modern web applications TS SCI clearance strongly preferred If this sounds like you we d love to talk Apply today lead the secure digital transformation of national defense systems
