Optional call at local hospital, paid above salary by hospital. Sign-on bonus of $10,000, payable upon employment start date, or paid relocation (up to $10,000) upon receipt. Annual CME 5 days paid and $3,000 allocation. Medical malpractice provided (FTCA).
