If so, look no further Hoyleton Youth and Family Services is hiring a new full-time Mental Health Therapist to join our Fairview Heights, IL. team This full-time therapy position operates on a 40-hour workweek, embracing a Monday to Friday schedule. This position earns a competitive salary based on experience.

We are also offering a sign-on bonus with the signing of a one-year retention agreement that would be paid out in 3 installments - one with the first paycheck, one at 90 days, and one at 6 months. DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

As a Mental Health Therapist, you provide vital mental health services and advocacy for families, both within and outside of our agency. Your expertise in evidence-based practices and therapeutic approaches becomes a guiding light as you offer individual and group therapy sessions to diverse clients-children, adults, couples, and families-in office or community settings. You expertly navigate bio-psycho-social assessments, collaboratively crafting treatment goals with clients and guardians. Your collaborative spirit shines as you work alongside interdisciplinary teams, coordinating services to meet clients' needs, ensuring proper billing, and meticulously maintaining documentation to meet regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
Proficiency in evidence-based practices and diverse treatment modalities
A valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Appreciation and understanding of multiculturalism
Willingness to complete the children and residential experiences (CARE) and therapeutic crisis intervention (TCI) training
