Job summary.
The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales and fostering growth in their retail store. They must be passionate about Claire's products and provide exceptional customer service to create memorable shopping experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of retail management experience and be willing to become a trained piercing specialist.
The Store Manager will oversee operations with efficiency and flair, manage inventory and handle cash transactions, visual merchandising and coordinate promotional activities. They must also recruit, train, manage and provide direction to their team while fostering a culture of collaboration motivation accountability drive results ensure team members are continually challenged achieving full potential.
This role requires the ability to work independently self motivated organized take charge when needed stand during scheduled shifts maneuver kg bend stoop extended reaching climb ladders step stools place merchandise assist customers.
