    Job Description

    2025 Spring Semester Engineering Co-Op openings (paid, with housing stipend)- Searching for Engineering students for our plant in Toronto, Ohio

    We have opportunities across multiple Engineering functions: Maintenance, Quality, Project Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering/Continuous Improvement.

    *A minimum of a 3-month assignment. Part-time employment (20+hrs/week) for 6-months alsoqualifies.

    Engineering Co-Op Summary

    Partner with engineering teams to assist in projects, outages and mechanical breakdowns.

    Essential Functions

    Assist in developing, documenting, and improving preventive maintenance or continuous improvement programs in order to support the improvement of equipment availability and throughput.

    Provide support for equipment failures and loss of production.

    Assist in analyzing production delay data for establishing and documenting or modifying preventive maintenance tasks.

    Provides support for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships.

    Assist with Project Engineering duties.

    Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Additional Responsibilities

    Work with engineer(s) to prepare, coordinate and maintain schedules for extended production outages and major maintenance work.

    Work with maintenance craftsmen and operations to meet department goals.

    Basic knowledge of engineering.

    Education and Experience

    Enrolled and completed 2+ years accredited university in Engineering or similar discipline.
