Job summary
The Food Service Supervisor provides oversight and direction to teams responsible for patient/resident, retail, and catering services. They coordinate and lead teams to ensure all meals are prepared and served in accordance with food safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ensures efficiency in kitchen/retail operations by holding the team accountable for following established workflow processes/scheduled hours/assignments.
- Maintains accurate accounting functions daily cashier operations which may include settling cash drawers.
