Job summary
The Program Director will oversee two site locations and be responsible for facility-level operations including P&L responsibility complete integration of operations with all applicable hospital departments coordination and integration of provider activities ensure operational procedures are consistently maintained provide leadership motivation to maintain patient-oriented customer service culture participate in regulatory accreditation preparedness survey process promote the value proposition of Intuitive Health through coaching clinical managers administrative staff.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required Master's MBA preferred RN license preferred
