    Reefer Truck Driver Overview

    • Top pay that rises with performance. Top drivers earn up to $92,000 per year, with total pay reaching up to 67 CPM including bonuses*.
    • Bonuses that build your check. Performance and fuel bonuses add up to 8 CPM on top of base pay.
    • A schedule that keeps you rolling. Get home weekly or bi-weekly, depending on location.
    • 100% no-touch freight. Spend more time rolling and less time loading.

    • Strong start bonuses. $1,500 sign-on bonus ($750 after first load, $750 after 90 days) plus $1,000 paid orientation*.
