Candidate Qualities: We are seeking individuals with the following qualities:

• Meticulous attention to detail and autonomy as it relates to project management. You should be able to receive a scope of project/task and follow up with dates, stakeholders & outstanding needs
• Project management experience
• Excellent communication skills (via email & phone) with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders effectively
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Project manage the supply chain for the group of brands
• Project manage data center and reporting projects
• Strategize and implement supply chain and reporting efficiencies
• Support the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Communicate project status to stakeholders on time and at-risk status
  
  

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience in project management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Slack, and email
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
• Experience with Excel/data management is a plus
• Experience with supply chain is a plus

Desired Outcome:

• 3 Months | Shows agency with projects and takes on projects with guidance
• 6 Months | Solely managing the project management of Supply Chain of existing products with an established SOP. Supporting project management of the data center for all recurring projects that already have an established SOP
• 12 Months | Support the creation of new SOPs within Supply Chain and Data Center. This is with the support of David Vo and not solely on the new team member

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
• Potential for profit share after one year
