    Description


    Summary Strategic role requiring the creation and implementation of a national market access strategy, to increase market access by identifying, winning, and optimising formulary listings within wound care, lymphology & phlebology.

    Main Duties · Create a national market access strategy and drive formulary inclusions

    • Identify new business opportunities, utilising available data to enable highly effective strategic planning and targeting of business opportunities
    • Establish and implement pathways of care and market tools to support our wound care and phlebology/lymphology ranges
    • Develop flexible solutions for Trust/Community accounts to maximize implementation and adoption across the designated portfolio
    • Identify, engage and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, decision makers & new influential customers
    • Position Thuasne as the Industry partner of choice and utilise the partnership offering with senior NHS stakeholders to innovate access for target accounts, ultimately resulting in formulary inclusion.
    • Organise and manage customer meetings and share goals and outcomes of meetings/accounts effectively with matrix team.
    • Keep abreast of changes to the NHS landscape, particularly within the Integrated Care System (ICS).
    • Work collaboratively with Marketing and Business Unit Sales Team to maximise sales where Thuasne products are adopted. Qualifications & Experience Required · Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline. (Or a comprehensive, demonstrable sales career specifically in the Lymphology/Phlebology market). · Demonstrable experience or working in a sales environment with strategic responsibility · Ability to create and influence new business opportunities · Excellent customer and account management · Strong strategic planning and organisational skills · Ability to interpret and analyse sales data · In depth NHS Knowledge, including key policy drivers and organisational structure particularly within the ICS · Excellent selling skills including influencing, negotiation and gaining commitment · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills · Knowledge of the Wound Care/Lymphology/Phlebology market is highly desirable, though not essential.
