- Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Check-in members provide access cards assist with inquiries handle incoming phone calls address member questions or concerns maintain clean organized front desk area process membership retail sales transactions accurately enforce gym policies safety protocols assist resolving member issues provide exceptional customer service assist light administrative tasks needed.
