    Position Summary:


    The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with businesses, local partners, and key stakeholders within their designated territory.

    This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the alternative lending landscape, and the ability to articulate the value of I Fund Cities' products.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
    Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

    Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and nurture relationships with business owners, community leaders, and strategic partners.
    Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

    Product Knowledge:
    Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.
    Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of IFundCities' alternative lending products and their benefits.

    Sales Presentations:
    Conduct compelling sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of IFundCities' financial solutions.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and customize sales collateral as needed.

    Pipeline Management:
    Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date sales pipeline.
    Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to management.

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and customer support, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
    Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices.

    Compliance:
    Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure all sales activities adhere to compliance standards.


    Qualifications and Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services or alternative lending industry.
    In-depth knowledge of loan origination processes and alternative financing solutions.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong negotiation and closing skills.
