    \Luke's Health System in Twin Falls is seeking a full-time Nurse Navigator to join our St. Luke's Cancer Institute/ Clinical Oncology team This position is a unique opportunity to join a state-of-the-art facility with a warm, family feeling.
    \Luke's Cancer Institute is a dynamic full-service outpatient hematology/oncology treatment center offering chemo/bio/and radiation therapies. For advanced, compassionate care for cancer and blood disorders, patients and their families have trusted St. Today we are a network of five cancer centers dedicated to state-of-the-art treatment close to home; patient-centered care and support; cutting-edge research; and community prevention, education, and early detection initiatives.

    The Nurse Navigator assesses barriers to oncology care and offers support, coordination, guidance and education for patients and families with a new diagnosis of cancer.

    This role is embedded in the Twin Falls medical oncology team. The medical oncology navigator will focus on navigating patients with solid tumor diagnosis. We are searching for a dynamic, oncology experienced, individual looking to be a partner in expanding our navigation program.

    n The Nurse Navigator offers medical guidance, acts as a support group, and guides patients and their families through the treatment process.

    \Serve as a liaison between the patient and their family and the patient's network of care providers

    Facilitate short term and/or long term interventions

    Handle complex issues and problems, and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff

    Nursing Degree

    Oncology experience and/or OCN
