- Bachelor's Degree in a science related field (Chemistry degree preferred)
- 2 or more years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
- 3 years of experience in pharma/lab environments working hands on in a laboratory
- Experience with Instrumentation, method validation, stability, and preparation for QA reviews/investigation
- Experience performing analytical testing
- Experience with ELM Systems, GMP, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, and regulated industry knowledge
- General understanding of business operations

Job Responsibilities:
A client of Insight Global's is looking for a Senior QA Specialist to join their Quality Assurance team. They will be responsible for functioning as a Technical Advisor to prepare the laboratory for review by the QA team. They will conduct instrumentation, method validation and analytical testing, internal audits, approvals, and investigations on unplanned deviations/non-routine events. Additionally, the candidate should have a Quality Assurance mindset to understand the quality systems, with experience in a Quality Control lab.
